Questions from London mums

Do you deliver to London addresses?
Yes, we deliver anywhere in the UK by tracked courier. If you are using the self-photo option, you will never need to leave London at all.
Is the studio really accessible from London?
Yes. Leigh-on-Sea is on the c2c line from Fenchurch Street. The journey takes around 50 minutes and the studio is a short walk from the station. Parking is also available two minutes from the studio if you are driving.
How does the self-photo option work?
We send you a clear illustrated guide. With a helper, you take a short video or a set of photos at home with your smartphone, send them to us securely, and we handle all the digital sculpting, printing and finishing from there. Full details are on our How It Works page and in our self-capture guide.
When should I book?
Between 28 and 36 weeks. If you are close to 36 weeks already, get in touch straight away and Suzie will do her best to fit you in quickly.
Do you offer home visits in London?
Home visits are currently available throughout Essex. If you are close to the Essex border, get in touch and we will let you know if your area is covered. For most London addresses, the self-photo option or studio visit are the best routes.
